Modern Amenities: The hotel exceeded my expectations with its state-of-the-art facilities. The fitness center felt like a high-tech amusement park, with equipment that could rival any futuristic theme park ride.

Parking Issues.

The hotel in general lines is very comfortable. Parking in the shopping center. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, bathroom equipped with everything you need, excellent shower. If the room has a beautiful sea view. On the other hand, if it gives the pipes and extractors of the shopping center a disappointment.

We had to change the room paying a difference because, without knowing it, reservation was for a standard room with a window to pipes and extractors from the shopping centre. Be careful that the reservation says sea view. window could not be opened because of the noise and smell of food! Horrible. At the time of the dinner there was only one employee who attended, prepared the dishes and charged. Although the lady was always very kind and diligent, I think she needs help at that time of greater demand. The best thing is without a doubt the view of the sea from the room! From the room you can enjoy a peaceful view of a large part of the waterfront of the city of Puerto Montt. I also highlight the great detail that there is a direct access from the hotel to the mall costanera of the city. This provides greater comfort and security when exploring different panoramas within the city, especially during rainy days as was our case. I emphasize the cleanliness and order of the room, in addition to the spaciousness of it. On the other hand, I highlight the excellent quality of the breakfast buffet, which contained a variety of very fresh products, such as pastries, cold cuts, juices, among others... Highly recommended for couples looking for a panorama for a long weekend!

Since Holiday In was installed in Puerto Montt. It is our reference place for stay both from the point of view of work or family.

last time has diminished the empathy and quality service in reception.. I had a reservation for May 5th as I had medical attention for my daughter, we arrived earlier at the clinic and her attention was resolved before the hour. I called to ask if I could come to the hotel. I'm talking about it was 11:30 am. Understanding that mostly the Check In at the hotels is between 14:00 and 15:00.. Obviously the answer was that we couldn't get in until 3:00 pm.. I made the decision to go to the hotel to make the time and have breakfast. I talked to Mr. Receptionist and explained that I was with the family and that they should please make an exception. It was not possible. Well we decided not to insist, we prepared ourselves to have breakfast and cafeteria official asked me if we would charge it to the room. I go back to the reception to check in so I can charge the room. Knowing that he can deliver the room charge it and leave open consumption.. answer was.. I said sir you have in your mouth the word "No se puede".. With this I want to make it clear that there is no empathy to seek the comfort of user to understand their situation. To understand the situation a little and look for an offer to improve the reception of the client. The Holiday Inn Express in Puerto Montt provided a seamless stay, thanks to the efficient and accommodating staff. The database accurately reflected the hotel's location, as it is indeed situated in the center of Puerto Montt, making it convenient for exploring the city. The room assigned to me also exceeded expectations with its stunning view of the blue bay. It was a delight to wake up to such a picturesque scene every morning.

One slight disappointment was the hotel's policy regarding early check-in. When I arrived at the reception at 12:15, they offered me the option to have the rooms early for an additional cost of 50% of the room rate.

Although they improved the breakfast a little, there are few staff and sometimes there are no tables available and when you can sit down, they are already taking everything out because the breakfast schedule ends. They should extend it at least until 11.30 in the morning, because in many cases you go to rest and finally in the morning you are at the corridas trying to find a table or getting up to get to breakfast. Also, with the price, they could, like many hotels of this category, leave permanently tea, coffee and milk so that when returning from the walks they could take something hot, also, they could evaluate to have restaurant like other hotels, and not option of reheated food. Above all, they could consider that many times they arrive late and that the area is not very pleasant for restaurants or for going out at night.

This hotel is a great option for senior people like me. The decoration and general areas are modern and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The accessibility for seniors is excellent, with spacious rooms, easy access ramps, and elevators available. It made our stay very comfortable and convenient.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is a bit more attentiveness from the staff. It would be nice if the children working there could be a little more attentive and proactive in assisting older guests.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The location right on the waterfront was stunning and provided a magnificent view over the bay. Plus, being in the center of town, we were able to easily walk to the nearby restaurant area. The service and housekeeping were excellent, and we were impressed with the modern amenities in our clean and well-kept room. From the ironing facilities to the air conditioning and in-room safe, everything was perfect. We also enjoyed the entertainment options available, such as the television and AM/FM alarm clock. The dining options were great, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area offering a wide variety of tasty food. The breakfast included in our rate was ample and had something for everyone. The staff were friendly, bilingual, and always ready to assist. we were delighted with the comfort, quality services, and stunning view provided by this place.

I had a wonderful stay at this centrally located hotel with fantastic ocean views. The spacious and clean rooms provided a comfortable stay. The breakfast area on the 7th floor offered stunning views. The hotel staff was helpful, especially Barbara at the front desk who went above and beyond to assist me when I left my phone in the room. Despite a small issue with transportation coordination, the hotel arranged a van to pick us up from the airport. I highly recommend this hotel.
